Important Information Regarding Port Outs: To port out an Airvoice MDN, the Airvoice MDN must have outgoing usage and the account information must be verified correctly. Any account that has never had usage is still a “Pending” Status MDN. Please contact customer service if you have any questions.
Port Your Number to Airvoice Wireless

You can keep your current cellular number that you have active with another carrier, and transfer it to Airvoice Wireless! Fill out ALL of the fields listed below with accurate account information, and AirVoice Wireless will process your port.

Note: Your AirVoice Wireless Phone will not work until the port has been confirmed by your old service provider. A port can take anywhere between the end of the business day to seven business days to be confirmed.

In order to begin service with AirVoice Wireless, you must provide an AirVoice Wireless refill card at the time of submitting a port request. We will not add the airtime until your account has been fully ported to ensure you get the full amount of days to use Talk & Text service.

You must submit an outside contact number (not the number you are porting in) so that AirVoice may contact you if more information is required to process your port. We recommend contacting customer service at (888) 944-2355 the following business day to check the status of your port request.
